This two-stage project involved a comprehensive upgrade and expansion of the property.

Stage 1 focused on enhancing the existing 17 units with modernised bathrooms and kitchenettes, complemented by a full interior refresh, including new carpet and a complete repaint, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Stage 2 introduced three standalone executive units, designed with a focus on luxury and style.
